New Feature Branch drivers, previously named, Quadro New Feature (QNF), typically provide support for new operating systems, third party hardware, and game engines.
New Feature Branch - This is a short lived branch driver (i.e., 1-2 releases per branch only) where new NVIDIA RTX/Quadro features are introduced and made available between Production Branch releases. This driver was previously named, Optimal Driver for Enterprise (ODE), and is most commonly deployed in production systems at enterprises. Production Branch - This is the long lifecycle (i.e., multiple releases in a branch over a single year period) driver branch providing ISV Certification, optimal stability and performance, and regular security updates for NVIDIA RTX/Quadro professional customers. Are you unsure of which Download Type to select?. Windows users can look in the operating system’s Device Manager to see what Display Adapters are installed in the system. Select Legacy in the Product Type drop-down. After the installer extracts its files and starts, you’ll be prompted to choose the kind of installation you want.
